I showed up to NBA stereo with an amp, sub and other equipment I had in my previous car and showed it to the owner, asked for a price to get it all installed. I liked the quote compared to other spots so I hired them for the job. Job is done and I’m told I owe a significant amount of money more than the quote because I didn’t have this part and that part or whatever. Mind you, I showed them what I was working with, told them to give me a price to get it done with what I had (which I physically showed them multiple times). I feel like a true great professional would have taken note of everything I brought, what I’m missing and frankly ate the cost in the end for what he failed to quote. They are the professional after all, I am not. In the end, the job got done but cost ended up being the same as the other spots, but with the bad taste of getting played left in my mouth. There were some other negative moments but this is the main issue I had. I wouldn’t recommend this place.
