Just wow napa. You tray and sell me part that is open and missing parts. Then you give me another open one seems right oh wait the ball seats were swapped out for the wrong size ones. Then you give me a ujoint. Looks the same go to install it. Nope someone swapped it for a bigger one and now im screwed till Monday and get to deal with it in the rain. I freaking hate you i will never use your store again. Now i have a broken ujoint cant get to work i really appreciate the steller service you cant seem to provide

I went to this location to purchase a cabin air filter, and waited in line , I was next in line however the employee allowed other customers to go ahead of me with new customer service requests just blatantly skipping over me. I was the only female gender in the building.

I was 5 hours late for my delivery but they still started unloading my trailer immediately. The dock is kinda tough to get into.

Phil saved the day. We were under a lot of stress trying to locate a drive belt for our Bobcat. The belt snapped and left our equipment blocking access to a project. The house in precarious conditions sitting on top of an undermined weak foundation required an urgent solution. Unfortunately the belts we ordered from a local Bobcat vendor a week prior had not arrived and to date still have not arrived. I went to N Columbia Napa store and Phil saved the day locating a belt in Kent WA. He confirmed it would be a match after the cross reference. He even spoke to the parts manager in Kent and staff at the Kent warehouse so they could pull the item aside for me. I drove up there and got the belt . We moved the equipment and now the house is safe after being able to continue to work. Thanks Phil. You are a Rockstar.

Great people working here. For me it was better delivering this time because dock 3 is out of commission. It allowed me to back in way better.
