Naked City Clothing is a treasure. I always find fashionable clothing & adorable accessories. Perfect for everyday, work, special occasion, and costume pieces. I can take my time: pouring over all of the cute clothing, trying items on, and getting advice from the staff. Or, I can grab something fabulous that I noticed when browsing their website the night before. (I think they offer shipping to those who aren't fortunate to live close by.) But if you are ever in Portland, this place is worth your time to pop in! 🎉

I needed a dress for my 40th birthday dinner and trip to the coast and Naked City Clothing had everything and more. The owner was super helpful on selection and finding my size if it wasn't on the rack. She tries to carry sizes from XS to 3XL for most items. She has some beautiful items that I constantly get compliments on. I lived in the coat all weekend. I went hiking and to a nice dinner in it with no problems. The owner is very friendly and know all the items in the store and brands she sells. I purchased four dresses from Pretty Snake, Hell Bunny, Effie's Heart. Two tees including Beetlejuice and Frankenhooker. Five pair of Footclothes socks including some Elvira socks. A beautiful Effiie's Heart coat that I constantly get compliments on and people asking where I got it. The dressing rooms were spacious and the lighting was good. She has a lot of items but super organized. I actually had picked out different items that I saw on the website and so glad I came in to try them on. I ended up with other items that she helped pick out. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I will definitely be back to try on swim suits and shoes.

I love this place so much! Every single time I've needed a last minute outfit or dress for an event this store has come through for me. The owner has an incredible eye for prints and is clearly thoughtful about the brands/items they stock. It feels like you're shopping in your coolest friend's closet. Also: the size range for everything is super inclusive! It can be hard for people who wear extended sizes to find a cool last minute (or regular minute) outfit, so definitely check this spot out no matter what size you wear.

Super cool store!! Pin up to the max and also cute like monster and goth fashion too. Cute shoes. Cute dresses. Some of the dresses go up to 1X but mostly just size 16 on most things. Over all amazing. Lots of fun costume or day to day wear. Will 100% come back. Also not super expensive like I was expecting. Love this store. Store owner is nice as well. She's adorable too. Lots of monster movie posters. Has that rock-a-billy feel all the way.
