Horrible communication. The receptionist was clueless to what was and wasn’t done to my truck, she also didn’t get back to me with pricing for a new turbo like she said she was going to. I called there multiple times during working hours and no one picked up the phone. I eventually had to show up to the shop in person to find out what was going on. Come to find out nothing had been done to my rig which after dealing with them for a short period of time was good news. They should have given me a proper time frame on work and estimates, which they didn’t. My truck sat there for a week and a half and nothing was done. I would not recommend using this shop unless you enjoy bad communication and no accountability from them.

My O6 Cummins broke down and they worked with me every step of the way. They were quick about the repair and very reasonable price. Ive also had a couple smaller issues with my truck and they were very helpful with those too. Amazing people totally recommend and will be coming back!

While other mechanics in Portland have told me that they aren't interested in working on my 1986 Toyota pickup, Mike's not only welcomed my business, but did a fantastic job on a complex repair. I am so appreciative of their high quality work and professional attitudes! We will definitely be a returning customer.

Hello, Back story on me, i am a back yard mechanic and will typically do all thing to this truck myself... Now my interaction with this company was due to me being so far from home. They understood my instructions and they were able to accomplish the repair in the time line required. Super friendly easy to talk too and definitely looking out for your safety. Overall in my specific pinch they ended up being the heros.

Time will tell but they seem like great people who run a good shop. Looking forward to a long working relationship. K REVISIT After the procedure was done with my bulletproofing with external oil cooler, manual fan with clutch and Water pump, my Yellow 2005 6.0 RUNS GREAT. Thanks Mike for all your hard work and Candor with my truck. being from Maui and just moving into the area, I needed the work done and was looking long and hard for a DECENT, HONEST, HARDWORKING PERSON with a GREAT SUPPORT STAFF to work on my baby girl. We just took a trip up the road to Everette Washington this weekend and she ran LIKE A CHAMPION deltas are now COOLANT 190 and OIL IS USUALLY 200 TO 225 NOW AT 165 degrees which just blows my mind. I must say I know now that I have found someone to work on and keep my baby girl on the road. again thanks Mike and everyone there for an AWESOME JOB.
