I won a raffle for a complimentary therapeutic massage at M Therapeutic Body Center and had an incredible session with the owner, Maggie Bergin (but her prices are incredibly reasonable as well!). I never felt rushed, and she was very generous with her time, which I truly appreciated. Maggie is also a physical therapist, and you can absolutely feel the difference. This wasn’t just relaxing, it was genuinely therapeutic. She was able to target the muscles, tendons, and ligaments around my injuries with real precision. She checked in often, listened to feedback, and adjusted her approach so I felt completely comfortable and cared for. I also appreciated the helpful information she shared for moving forward. This was honestly one of the best massage experiences I’ve ever had. I’m genuinely grateful and highly recommend Maggie and M Therapeutic Body Center if you’re looking for skillful, results-focused work and not just a nice sensation.
