Would go back for more work. They did excellent work and explained everything to me. They test drove my car first prior to giving it back to make sure everything was aligned correctly. Staff was so nice and professional. The waiting room was amazing for a small tire shop. It was very clean, had a tv, was heated, offered free coffee and soda and the guest bathroom was very cleaned and well stocked. Will go back again.
I've had various suspension work done here over the past year, each time has been a great experience with total transparency on the cost and any changes. Most recently got a set of new nokian tires and couldn't be happier with the recommendation, service, and price. Support your local shops!
My husband and I made an appointment to get our rear rotors and brake pads replaced, we would provide the brake pads and needed them to provide the rotors and labor. I have only heard good things about this tire service from local facebook groups. Well we had a family emergency on the day of our original appointment and forgot to call them saying we couldn't show up, I called back the next day to apologize and schedule another appointment but Luis said "no apology needed family comes first". They are currently working on our brakes as we speak and have really helped us out. Thank you Luis's Tire Service.
Today was my first visit to Luis' Tire Service and I have nothing but good things to say. After being screwed over at discount tire and them trying to get me to buy new tires I didn't need I came here. I was able to make an appointment less than a day in advance. Everyone was super knowledgeable and they made sure my tires were in good condition, and replaced a lug nut that discount tire had lost and refused to replace. I came in just to have my tires rotated and checked and they didn't once try to upsell me on anything I didn't need. Not to mention you can't beat their prices and speed. I've never been to a shop that doesn't make you wait around for hours, until now. While I was there I got a quote for new tires for when I actually need them and the guy that helped me was super knowledgeable and actually took into consideration what I need in a tire and gave me great recommendations before giving me several quotes on different tires. They were easily able to answer questions I had about other services and warranties. From now on Luis' Tire Service will be my go to for tires, oil changes, and other services. I highly recommend Luis' Tire Service if you're looking for a trustworthy shop that's quick and has great prices.
The tires on my ‘73 Capri were past the pull date. Although the size is available, they are typically not stocked anywhere. I had heard good things about Luis’ and decided to give our local small business a try. They did the research and presented the options. The ‘ol girl has a new set of shoes, and I was completely satisfied with the professional service. Would recommend these guys every time.
