So pleased, Les Schwab Tigard, Washington Square location saved me. Had a flat tire, had a donut and a jack but no jack handle. They came to my house, put my spare on, and I followed them to their shop. Because I had 4 tires purchased from Les Schwab a few months ago, they warrantied out the flat and fixed, replaced, rotated and disposed of the old tire at no charge whatsoever. Myles specifically was the life saver. I was on the road within 45 minutes of my initial phone call with a new tire and will 100% be back next week to schedule an oil change since they just added that service. Thank you Thank you Thank you!!!

More reviews on GoogleBig Thanks to both Danny and Joey for all their help in working through lots of issues with my car. One of which was found to be a bad alternator after other repairs were done. They definitely went the extra mile to get that alternator triple tested, then ordered and replaced. I'm a long-time customer, and will continue to be.
I am very dissatisfied with the service I received at Bob Schwab Tire Center at Washington Square, Tigard, Oregon. I came in today for brake service. The communication with the service advisor via text message was acceptable, and I received a quote after dropping off my car, which was fine. However, the overall experience was disappointing. This business promotes services for Uber drivers, emphasizing vehicle safety checks for rideshare operation. Unfortunately, that support was not reflected in my experience. There was no consideration, discount, or acknowledgment of the fact that Uber drivers rely on their vehicles for income. If a business benefits from servicing rideshare drivers regularly, a small courtesy or discount would go a long way. Because of this experience, I will not be returning here for future service. I was also very dissatisfied with the cost of the brake service — approximately $700 — especially given the lack of transparency. I did not receive any additional notes or inspection details regarding the front brakes, tires, or overall condition of my vehicle. For that price, I expected a more detailed explanation or report on the work performed and the condition of other critical components. Overall, the service felt impersonal and overpriced, with little effort made to provide value, clarity, or appreciation for a customer who depends on their vehicle for work.
Went in to get a tire fixed that had a screw in it. They quoted me about 2 hours. It's been over 3 hours and I am still sitting here. I understand the store may be busy and I was a walk-in, but the least they could do is give me an accurate time or say it will take longer so I'm.happy when it comes out sooner. Not at all pleased
Brought my truck in for new tires, Danny one of the service representative spent lots of time with me making sure that I got what I wanted. Talk to the alignment guy, he was great too. The whole team. Thank you very much Danny I appreciate it I will send everybody your way
