As a female business owner the level of disrespect I have received from this location on 2/7/26 and again today on 2/9/26 has left me stunned. In all my years I have never seen a soul treat a man the way they treated me and doesn't matter the location. I have went to a few of them and they all expect you to just hand over your credit/debit card no questions asked. I'm sorry but I work hard for my money and I have been lied to about my car countless times just to get a few hundred to a few thousand dollars. I've learned along the way and don't spend money where they can't bother to treat me with respect. You don't demand a person buys new parts without them understanding what is going on with their car first. I couldn't hardly get my questions answered and when I did it was rushed and back to buying a tire before I could even hear and understand what was going on. (Explained below) Since I had a full size spare in the back I really upset them when I requested they put that on instead of buying a new tire. Until my car was back infront of me I had NO idea which tire or what was "wrong" with the tire in question. Not because I don't know my car or the terms they used but because (as I explained to the first person I talked to) I was working in a loud area and was literally missing information from his explanation due to the inability to hear him. I had to ask for someone more patient to get the job done (who was polite that time but not when I called after getting my car back) then they threw the tire they deamed "damaged" in the back of my car with no regard for the inside of my car at all. They risked braking my OBDII reader, my tire pump, and ANOTHER plastic cover for the luggage nuts. The last time I had my car here at this location they broke the first plastic cover but I didn't complain because my car is a 2008 its old its a miracle the plastic pieces lasted this long but that doesn't mean they should be careless with the rest of them. I am waiting for a call back from a supervisor at the corporate office which I had to contact 2 different numbers at corporate and get a FEMALE on the phone in order to get one because the store left me on hold until I hung up and the customer service line blantantly refused to send me to a supervisor. That feels very discriminatory to me.

More reviews on GoogleI trust this place more than any other mechanic or tire shop by a pretty wide margin. I have for decades now. My dad did before me. It’s a great place that hires good people and is honest with their customers.
Every time and at every Les Schwab I have EVER been in my expectations are exceeded. The Les Schwab on Canyon rd. is no exception the staff is friendly, polite, efficient and professional (if there are more nice adjectives than what I used that companies and customers like to see then add those too) 100% recommend
Been a customer since 1989 and now our grown children exclusively use Schawb. Great service, good prices, great people keep us coming back. They backup what they offer. Honest business. Make an appointment and save time waiting...can save a few hours from hanging around, but if you don't make an appointment they serve free popcorn and an assortment of coffees, well worth waiting with. Purchased new tires and are they nice and quiet, completed service in less than two hours...included an alignment check up. Great warranty too.
They did even better than usual on this visit. Big thank you to Herb and the rest of the team at the Canyon location. Have always been a fan of Les Schwab. This time when I took the car in for the seasonal switch, Herb noticed that the control arm bushings on my older Honda CRV were badly worn. He was able to get the parts in right away to repair them both and did it at about $400 less that it would have cost at the dealership. He also was able to resurface the front brake rotors without having to replace the brake pads which had plenty of life left on them The dealer would not do this and it would have cost me at least $200 more to have it done at the dealer. Thanks much!
