The service was really nice whenever I have any problems with my car the guys at konkin Auto group takes care of it. I purchased my car from Konkin I have had my car for a few years now and I still would recommend them too anyone out there looking for a great car they have many to choose from and they stand by their cars and their customers. These guys are fast and knowledgeable, able to source parts in minutes and saved me thousands on a tie rod replacement that the dealership quoted a full steering rack replacement to repair. Instead of waiting a week and paying thousands, I spent a couple hundred and it took a couple hours. They are prompt, polite, and pricing seems fair.

I had an excellent experience at this service center! The team was very professional and friendly — they did an alignment and wheel balancing on my car, and everything was done quickly and with great attention to detail. My car drives so smoothly now!
