Went and saw Dr Rock. She is absolutely amazing! I saw her for a chronic skin condition that I have had for 3+ years. I’ve seen many doctors for it and with in 10 seconds she identified that my condition is bacterial and that I have been using the wrong medication for it the entire time. She genuinely sees like she cares and if are black as I am you’ll be happy to know she is a black physician. 10/10 will recommend.
Dr. Tori Jones is simply the best. I am confident in the care she provides, I don’t ever feel rushed or as though I cannot candidly bring up questions or concerns. This top level quality of care is mirrored in the nurse assistants and staff in the clinic. Everyone does their best to make you feel at ease and comfortable, which may seem like a small thing but is extremely important when you’re the one in the gown. Very pleased with my experience and hope that all of Kaiser’s team is as amazing as Tori.
I had an informative medical appointment with my primary doctor. She listened & explained things in a clear and concise manner. She made appropriate referrals and blood test to further investigate my medical condition. It is very convenient to see my doctor, get laboratory tests and pick up my prescriptions at the same place and time I am at the clinic. I have been a Kaiser patient for over 42 years and am satisfied with my medical coverage and service.
From the courteous check in receptionist, to every detail following, all was excellent. I had an extremely thorough Medicare assessment appointment. The assigned NP could not have been more thorough or personable. Appreciative that lab work is conveniently placed by GPs offices, and their abilities have always been pro and expedient. Noticed the expansion of OCT meds and repositioning of the pharmacy setup as I walked through. Looked like there were improvements and thoughtful changes.
Forty six years of top service, departments well integrated. Ive never been turned down asking fr a specialist. Helped a family member throgh their hospice. Now chasing down prostate cancer. They are the best of the best since my 1980 start...
