Slowish leak in my tire that would have been flat by the morning and this place is open until 7:00 on Sunday! Spotted the nail in my tire that I didn't see. Took 2 minutes to get it fixed up. I was on my way. Professional people, knew what they were doing
I brought my Ford Escape Hybrid to JR Oregon (when they were located on Tiedeman Ave in Tigard) to repair a leaking axle seal between the transfer case and passenger-side axle. While the leak was addressed, significant issues were discovered shortly afterward. The four bolts securing the transfer case were not properly tightened. One bolt had already fallen out, and the remaining three were loose and backing out. This could have led to serious drivetrain damage. Additionally, removal of the transfer case requires partial exhaust manifold removal. During reassembly, one of the exhaust manifold studs was installed crooked, causing further damage and requiring replacement of the stud. Due to these workmanship issues, I cannot recommend JR Oregon for drivetrain or related repairs.
Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever experienced in my 48 years of life! Rich the owner advised would have my transmission done in a week as I needed it for work purposes! So had to pay for truck to be towed to him on June 13th! It is now September 16th and still not done and for some reason Rich has been out of town for months now. Unfortunately no updates from anyone I had to text just to see where my truck is at! If it put everything in this it will be a novel. Plain and simple horrible service and I’m told they can’t do anything because I guess there only 1 employee quit and they want me to wait till Rich gets back into town I believe the 29th of September! I’ve explained unacceptable and explained May need to file legal against you which I’d rather now and I stated feel been very patient and fair! After that was told by Rich son would have the truck towed to a reputable shop to get fixed and that never happened of course!! DO NOT TAKE SE THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT TO USE YOUR VEHICLE!!! Worst service ever don’t recommend at all!
The only tire shop in Tigard that you will find open on a Sunday! I had 4 new tires installed and balanced they did a professional job and all within an hour.
Open until 7pm during the week…!!! Needed to do a tire swap with a friend on a couple of BMW’s at the end of the day, and this was the only place that was open and willing to do the job…!!! Fast, friendly, knowledgeable, and very affordable…!!! Most places are closed on the weekends, or by 5pm during the week, making it incredibly difficult to get any services done on a vehicle after work… This is the place to go when everyone else can’t make time for you…!!! Highly recommended…!!!
