A few words about Blake Byzewski/Realtor; we recently listed/sold using Blake as seller’s (our) agent. He provided valuable assistance following and understanding issues that came up. He then represented us as buyer agent for our purchase. His experience and advice successfully steered us through both transactions making any issues that arose transparent. Our sale became problematic during sale transaction, which caused us to nearly lose the property we wanted to purchase. But Blake stuck with us, fought for us, answered all our questions, and continually worked with the buyer’s agent toward the sale. Then after more than 10 addendums Blake pulled both transactions through simultaneously, to successful closing. Anyone searching for an experienced, knowledgeable, and respectful agent, Blake would be our recommendation. This was our fourth property transaction, but after 25 years we realized the process has changed. We relied heavily on Blake to get us through, and he performed professionally and respectfully all along the way.
