I just had my RAV 4 serviced, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! The team did an outstanding job. The two guys at the front desk were incredibly friendly and made the whole process smooth and pleasant. Plus, the prices were very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for quality service and great customer care!
My high school son took his Honda(first car purchase), to get service light issue resolved so it could pass deq, etc. J and S Auto was quick to get it in and honest with charge and pricing was extremely fair. They always had time to answer questions, and can tell they aren't there to overcharge or drag out repairs. We will be using them from here on out and highly recommend them!!! I can see why they have high ratings, so glad we went to them.
My mother and I have been taking our cars to John and the other folks at J&S automotive for many years. We recently made the mistake of taking our older Ford Freestar to the dealership thinking they would be able to fix it and instead we only ended up out $440 in "diagnostic" fees and were told that they couldn't get the needed part. We took it to John, he ordered the part and had it fixed in a day! These are the folks to stick with, especially if you have an older vehicle. We'll never take the van to the dealership again.
I can’t say enough good things about J&S Auto. I stopped by because my brakes were squeaking, and they immediately took a look — no appointment, no wait. They found the issue, replaced the brake pads and the squeaking is gone! Everyone there was super friendly, honest, and genuinely helpful. My car feels brand new, and I left feeling blown away by how kind and professional they were. I’ll definitely be coming back for any future work — they’ve earned a lifelong customer. Highly recommend J&S Auto!
My husband and I have been taking our cars here for several years now and have never been disappointed by the service of both the mechanics and the owner jon. Their representative bill does an excellent job at being upfront about the state that your vehicle is in as well as honest on how the pricing is going to go down depending on what you want to do with your vehicle. I have had 3 beater cars and out of all the mechanics that I have enlisted J&S Automotive has been the only one that I have returned to if you want reliability honesty and efficiency I highly recommend going here.
