We had a great experience working with Jackson. He was thorough, professional, and took the time to address all our questions. His transparency about costs was refreshing —he provided a detailed and clear breakdown, so we knew exactly what to expect. I highly recommend working with him.
Jim and his team helped us finish our basement a few years back. After having poor previous experiences with contractors on past projects, Interworks was refreshing to work with. They were very professional, hired wonderful subs and always checked in when an outside company was working to be sure we were happy with them. They were very respectful of our home, and space as we lived in the home as it was worked on. I would absolutely work with them again on future projects.
I have to admit that I am embarrassed to be posting a review so long after our project was completed. Our team which included the wonderful people at Interworks helped us take a very dilapidated building and transform it into our beautiful space! The building was so bad that we ended up building a new building inside the existing exterior walls. We have been in the space for 4 years and are still loving it! The cool things is that our patients comment on our space all the time. Now to the business part of my review. Jim and Jackson were fantastic to work with! Their bid came in a bit higher than others but it was more complete so I went with Interworks because of their bidding and also on the recommendation from a developer friend of mine who introduced us by saying the Interworks is the company that does all of his personal projects. That went along way for me! Of course there were some surprises along the way and change orders, (the building is over 100 years old) but the way they were handled was so refreshing. Jackson, our Foreman would present any changes or discoveries in a matter of fact way and explain everything without it getting caught up in emotions, it made the changes less painful. Had a great time working with InterWorks on a residential remodel. They hired us to help them with the exterior of a residential home. Very professional and they are willing to go above and beyond for their clients. Highly recommend InterWorks if you’re looking to hire a company with outstanding workmanship and integrity.
