After reaching out to a few agencies, I finally stumbled upon Insurance Team Inc. owned by Ernie Roberts, someone I had the pleasure of working with years ago. So I decided to give his office a call. I spoke with Emily Shaffer, a Personal Lines producer, who knew the ropes. Thanks to Emily, I was able to secure a six-month policy for two vehicles for less than $500! Within an hour, I was cruising down the road in my new, slightly used car to Detroit Lake for a weekend getaway with my boyfriend. I can’t thank Emily enough for all the hard work and making this happen. Thanks again for the great customer service and quick service.

Emily is amazing. She is outstandingly professional, took the time to answer all my questions, educate me and got me the exact coverage (and deductible) I was needing. After 20 years with the company I got coverage with as a new driver, Emily is now winning my business as a result of her excellence. Whatever you need, Emily can either find it for you or help you to a different option. Five stars are not enough. Thank you Emily!

Excellent service and genuine support! I had a great experience working with Gina Cochran. She was extremely helpful and took the time to explain my options for both home and umbrella insurance. I really appreciated that she was on my side, helping me make the right decision without any pressure. It’s rare to find someone so knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely committed to their clients’ best interests. Highly recommend!

I would give ten out of five stars if that was an option. Working with the insurance representative, Emily Shaffer, was about the best experience I've had with an insurance company that I can remember. It's always memorable when there is a helpful and professional representative that really knows their stuff. She was courteous, knowledgable, honest, easy to talk to, patient, and understanding, just to name a few. With her help we were able to shave off quite a bit from our premium and for that we owe her a ton of gratitude.

I recently switched to Insurance Team Inc, and they truly delivered! Emily was my insurance agent, and she was excellent from start to finish. Not only did she save us a significant amount of money, but she also collaborated with providers to correct various pieces of information. I couldn't be happier and would highly recommend her, as well as the rest of the Insurance Team Inc, to anyone in the market for insurance. For additional context, we worked on both home insurance and auto insurance, which was bundled together.
