I have used HRA Auto twice now and have had excellent service both times. On time and very meticulous. Husband and wife team who work well together. Very friendly and made sure everything was explained well
I hired this mobile mechanic to replace my alternator at my home . The work itself seemed fine but now the alternator belt squeaks and makes squealing noise kinda of a poor job but as soon as he finished, he demanded payment immediately. I explained that I was at work and couldn’t access my phone and I had only my Apple Watch to use to text him , I told him I will have to get off work to pay him. He sent a link to my email which I could only access with my phone and I couldn’t with my Apple Watch. instead of being understanding, he threatened to remove the alternator within 10 minutes if I didn’t pay him right then. That kind of attitude and unprofessional behavior is unacceptable. A professional mechanic should never threaten a customer or their property over a brief payment delay, especially after the work is completed. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for honest or respectful service.
HRA is a very great mobile mechanic company. Much better pricing, customer service, and knowledge. I would recommend to friends and family and anyone in Portland area
Fantastic experience with HRA mobile mechanic!!! They had the perfect next day appointment time available. Had my radiator replaced in a couple of hours. This saved me from having to leave my car all day and having to find rides back and forth to a shop! Will definitely do business with them again and highly recommend!!
I rarely do reviews, but this mobile mechanic service was fantastic! I was having trouble with my battery and it was not consistent. I found it on a search on my phone and it led me to his booking software. I booked for the next day, which is this morning at 8:30 AM. To my shock he was here at 8:29 AM. Service companies are notorious for never being on time if at all, and this guy was a minute early. Showed up I think was his daughter both very friendly and a beautiful mobile truck. He diagnosed my car, then he got the battery and installed. Saved a tow. I was very impressed. I would highly recommend them for mechanical needs. Thank you so much!
