I went to Gresham Subaru for routine service. I knew I had brake service that was due. They did everything in one visit so I didn’t have to reschedule for the additional service. They were timely, and so pleasant to deal with! I felt confident in the service, and I have already decided I will be going there for my future services. Thanks Julianne and team. You were amazing!
Head gaskets blew on an old Subaru Outback I bought within a week of purchase and even though I bought it somewhere else, Gresham Subaru treated me like I bought it there. Kept me informed of everything throughout the whole process, sent me videos and photos of the inspection and supplied me with a loaner while the car was being repaired. Big thanks, especially to Kayla, who also helped me work with the extended warranty company. And when she wasn’t there the other staff was informed and able to answer my questions as well. I appreciate all the help! And the car is running great, like brand new!!
It was quick and easy to make an appointment. There was no waiting and Jesse had me in a nice rental within 15 minutes. They found another issue ( non related) and also fixed that. The shop is fast and efficient and considerate of my time. Thanks so much!
I brought my car in for an oil change, tire pressure check, wiper replacement and tire rotation. Kayla was very helpful, kind and professional. She was very good with my daughter as well, who can be a little bit of a handful during appointments. I will definitely be returning to see Kayla when I need service done. Great job!
Let me start by saying that I did not have the best experience a year ago with the service department at Gresham Subaru. I came back in because my thermo control valve failed and it was covered under an extended TSB warranty. I was hesitant to bring my 2019 Forester in, but since the cost would be covered, I really had no other choice. That stated, I pulled into the service bay area and was instantly greeted by Julieanne who I could tell right away was going to be amazing to work with! I explained to her my car issues and talked about the service that I experienced last time I was in. She was very understanding and made sure that my car was going to get taken care of the correct way. She was easy to talk to, polite, and paid attention to the details I was sharing with her about my car and experience I previously had there back in April of 2025. Not only did Julieanne take great care of my vehicle to get it back on the road safely for my family and I, she also had the technicians update my infotainment system, as well as a few other updates to the car as well, without me even having to ask. She went above and beyond my expectations! I highly recommend taking your car to the service department at Gresham Subaru, but make your experience top notch by working with Julieanne! It’s the type of car service I used to receive pre-pandemic from Subaru and now I can happily say that it has redeemed itself with the help of Julieanne. I appreciate all of your help Julieanne and will be bringing my Forester back to you in the future!
