I had significant damage to my vehicle, both front and back. Gresham Collision repair made my vehicle look factory new. Prior to repair they provided me a detailed, itemized and explanatory quote. Their prices were reasonable, their customer service was extraordinary, and they honored their repair timeline and even finished early . Both Marlana, the office manager, and Carlos the owner treated me as if I were their only and best customer. I hope to not have to bring my vehicle to them again, but if I will do so with the full confidence of knowing they will do a fantastic job.

If you want both quality plus outstanding customer service in auto repair, I recommend trying Gresham Collision! My first car repair experience for my 2014 Lexus outside of the dealer was at this shop. I had some minor grill and front bumper damage; after repair, both were in impressive, like-new condition! When several of car's illuminated features on the dash were not lit the next day, Marlana responded to my call by assuring me that the shop would fix it right away. Due to the number of sensors in my car's area of repair, a fix was a challenge. But the shop was very determined to find a solution. They paid for a loaner vehicle and, a couple days later, I picked up my car with everything working. This is what I call providing customer service over and above what is normally expected. This shop is exceptional!!

Carlos and Marlana were very caring in handling our corvette . We had a paint correction done and they did an awesome job. I would recommend them to anyone that wants a great job done. They are a family business and you just can’t get great service anymore. They are 100%. Thank you both!

I was rear ended and Marlana & team here did a wonderful job. They handled all the repair, dealing with the insurance estimator, and the rental contracts. Very happy with my experience! Plus, the work they provided comes with their warranty as well. They also handled all the repairs quickly which was extremely important for me since I’m using the vehicle to move across US soon.

Carlos and Marlana with Gresham collision repair saw my car through two back to back accidents. Each time they went up and beyond what any other shops would do. They guided me through the process, kept me informed every step of the way, and gave my car back to me in better shape then it was pre accident. I cannot recommend them enough!
