Let me just say what a life saver these guys here were at First Class Used Tires. Honest people , affordable prices and good quality tires I saved hundreds of dollars choosing these guys and definitely recommend anyone who's in need of tires for their vehicle who don't want to break the bank or get lied to by simple things such as leaving an old valve stem on a new tire that was purchased at a different establishment thanks to the awesome guy here at First Class Used Tires he saved us from having to buy a different rim just by pointing out that they left the old valve stem. So check these guys out we sure are glad that we did. They definitely have any future business from me.

My front passenger side tire was leaking flat every 24 hours, I had initially gone to Les Schwab on Saturday around noon, hoping for a quick and low cost replacement, Les Schwab was terrible, they told me I’d have to wait 2 hours just for a consult, and expected me to be ok with leaving my keys with no pre determined options and a 120$ minimum price, so I called “First Class Used Tires” I spoke to Casper, and was immediately able to get help, he was polite, professional, and lightening fast, he was a delightful person to talk to, we shared war stories about raising our kids, and had much more reasonable pricing, he had me in and out in less then 30 minutes. Definitely a reliable tire shop. 5 stars with no doubts whatsoever.

Affordable, efficient, and friendly staff! They were able to take me in same day for a flat and I was out in 10 min. Good prices too and the guy was really nice. Will come back when I need new tires! Thanks!

I had a near first class experience at First Class Used Tires. I was very pleased with the customer service provided, the time spent with me going over different options, and the price was very reasonable. The gentleman who helped me was professional and I believe treated me the same regardless of my gender. I purchased two used tires at $45 each which included mounting and balancing. I'm a frequent curb clipper so needed a new rim put on which I had previously purchased online. I wanted my new rim to be located in a particular place (one that doesnt get frequently curbed up) and they had no issues accommodating my request. I paid an extra $20 for them to remove the sensor (which I had no clue about) on the old rim and put on the new one. I would have given 5 stars if a few things were different. First, the waiting area. It was 3 chairs lined up with barely any overhead coverage. With the extremely poor air quality it would have been nice to be able to be indoors. No magazines, no popcorn, no visible public restrooms. But I can survive without all the frills for the extremely fast service I received. However, here I am, only a couple hours since the service and my psi is inconsistent...The new tires are different, 43psi & 37psi. My other 2, the untouched tires are both at 39psi. Overall, I am extremely happy with the service and would recommend them to anyone needing used tires.
