I showed up at 6:35 and they didn't close until 7 pm and they were closing their bay doors and refused to remove a nail in my tire. Not worth the time and poor customer service skills. 25 mins until closing and turned me away.

Massive thanks to the staff and techs at Firestone Canyon Road for fixing the slow leak in my back tire. They were able to see me straight away and had it fixed quickly. They did not even charge me for this service, which kind of blew my mind. I will definitely be going back here when it's time for new tires - very impressed!

I’ve been to a lot of auto shops, and trust was always the biggest thing missing. This place has been great—affordable, honest, and reliable. Every time I needed my car checked or fixed, they got me in right away. They’ve never pressured me into services I didn’t need, and for the things I did need, they let me come back when I was ready without any constant follow-ups. I feel genuinely comfortable here, and every experience I’ve had with them has been amazing.

Two issues affect score: the battery test results Chrystal discussed with me do not match the test results indicated on my invoice. She said the battery failed the cca test and needed to be replaced. I could not replace it that day so got estimate and left. Once home, I noticed the invoice states my "battery passed testing fine and should be tested again in 90 days". Why is this a different test result than what she told me? No paper proof was provided with the actual test readings even though she had shown me a little slip with them while discussing, she just did not provide a copy to me with invoice. Also extremely off-putting (at best) was the disgustingly filthy bathroom in the lobby. I've never in my entire life seen a filthier more disgusting bathroom. I thought about mentioning it to staff as I sat in the lobby, but then I noticed it was not just for customer use, the staff were using that same bathroom, too. So clearly they already know that it is filthy! Floors, walls, toilet, sink, fixtures, literally every surface and everything in there looks like it has never been cleaned, not ever. I don't know how to rate the brake fluid exchange itself so will assume it was fine. The staff was friendly. But that bathroom... eew.

I had the absolute worst experience with Firestone in Beaverton and they did such an awful job I have to make an appointment at a different Firestone so that I can fix what Beaverton Firestone broke. They also damaged my car. I originally came into Firestone to get some new tires and headlights. I decided to open a credit card, I decision I now regret due to what a horrible experience I’ve had. A few months later I noticed that both my fog lights were broken and one of them fell out of my the socket and burned a hole in the bottom of my car (see photos) I brought my car back and was told they’d replace it due to it being under warranty. After waiting for an hour, I was told I had to come back once they ordered the right part. I got a few days later to come in because the part was ready and I made an appointment. I dropped off my car and after an hour I get a call saying they only ordered one part and I have to come back again. They didn’t even take my car in they just wasted my hour. I spoke to a manager (Rick) who did not seem to understand why I was upset and offered no apology or compensation. I ended up leaving without much of a solution. I get another call a week later saying the part is in and I set up another appointment. I thought I’d give them the benefit of the doubt, again a mistake on my part. I have to reschedule my appointment, so I can in and get it moved. At that time I spoke to Rick again. He said they had the parts in. I then get a call from another person 20 minutes later saying they don’t have the part and it’ll be another week or two. At this point I’m fed up and ask if they can contact another Firestone and let them know my issues. The guy said he would and then he’d call me back. I never heard from him again so I went ahead and called a different Firestone. The ONLY reason I’m going back to Firestone’s is because they broke it and need to fix it. But this is the last time I’ll ever go back to a Firestone.
