Excellent service, had my 60,000 mile maintenance done and the work was meticulous with frequent updates. Unused oil was provided with a pIr of gloves and shop towels in ziploc bag. He is now my go to mechanic. He worked in next day, on a holiday. His level of service is above and beyond the usual.

I am a mechanic, but sometimes I need help. I looked online for a Prius mechanic and found this one. I was able to schedule my appointment on the website and got a confirmation of my appointment within minutes. Also got a text from the owner saying he would be there. I appreciate good communication!! Mike got to my place and he got right to work on my car. I stayed and kept him company, which he didn't mind, as he went through a battery of tests to see what the root of the problem was. Mike is very good at what he does and is a pleasure to work with! He is honest and upfront. He also educated me on a few Prius hacks and helped me understand my vehicle more.

Michael at Family Hybrid Auto has been the most delightful mechanic I have ever worked with. I was provided with a level of customer service I did not even know existed, no exaggeration! To have this level of quality service and pay a fraction of the costs compared to the dealer is truly a blessing. I had a brake actuator failure on my 2015 Prius V. Michael replaced the parts, helped me become more knowledgable on the situation and future issues to look out for, and got my car back on the road in perfect shape. Michael at Family Hybrid Auto Repair diagnosed a failing hybrid battery in my recently purchased 2003 Honda Civic, helped me order a refurbished battery and completed the install after it arrived.
