My first experience with Everett Street Autoworks was for an oil change for our Honda Accord. It's nothing complicated, but the experience showed a lot about their excellent customer focus. Communication was easy, complete and timely. The vibe of the shop was also excellent. It seemed collaborative, efficient and team-oriented. I would have complete trust in them should I need any more complex service or repair.
Jake and his team are fantastic! Someone punctured our gas tank and they were so quick to help us get in and repaired. They went the extra length to find a more affordable part for us which was so appreciated especially after being vandalized. I’ve also gone to them for general service and they are always so honest about what needs to be done now vs what can wait and have very fair pricing. I couldn’t recommend them more :)
Everett Street Autoworks might be the best mechanics I’ve ever been to. I truly trust them, which means a lot. They’re honest, straightforward, and helped get my car back on the road safely while doing their best to keep the cost fair. From the initial phone call to make an appointment to check out at the end of the same day, the communications I received were respectful and responsive to my questions. This lead to valuable information that helped me make decisions on the current and ongoing care of my 11 year car. Based on my experience, the systems of communication and service are efficient and effective. The staff I interacted with were professional, poised, considerate of my concerns. I always felt informed about the mechanical services and the cost of same.
Everett is always amazing! The team does amazing work and communication is transparent and efficient. We found them by chance and really dont use anyone else for our cars, especially major stuff. It always pleasent working with them. Their Veterans discount is great as well!
