Tyler and Cheyenne were incredibly friendly and responsive from the start. They were able to fit us in on a weekend with very little notice, which we truly appreciated. Tyler diagnosed our car within the timeframe he promised and walked us through everything clearly. The estimate was very reasonable, and the work was completed promptly. What really stood out was Tyler’s emphasis on safety, he went above and beyond to make sure our car was safe to take home and even encouraged us to come back so he could look it over again and confirm the issue was fully resolved. It’s refreshing to find a mechanic who genuinely cares. We will definitely be back!

I was searching Yelp for a nearby mechanic and came across Ellis Motorworks. This was, by far, the best mechanic experience I’ve ever had. Their customer service was outstanding, and communication throughout the process was excellent. I came in for an oil change and brake service, and everything was handled quickly and efficiently. I was truly impressed by the quality of their work and professionalism. I will definitely be a lifelong customer!

It is Christmas Eve and my vehicle started being weird on my way into town. Tyler and his wife were so quick to help, do a full inspection, snag the needed parts and fix my vehicle in just a couple of hours. I am feeling so greatful that it all worked out well and highly recommend calling to chat with them about your needs. Happy Holidays! ❄️🎄✨️

Tyler did a great job fixing my issues for my Lexus is250 awd, he fixed my shaking problem and suspension squeak. He was able to get the job done at a fairly quick time. Dropped the car off Monday and had it back Thursday. He didn’t try to up sale me on anything. He brought up concerns that I didn’t even know about and saved me time and money for the future by getting it resolved while my car was with him. He had clear explanations of what parts needed to be replace and why. His professionalism and friendly service made feel comfortable leaving my car in his hands. I’d for sure come back in the future to get any work done!

I have always been very careful to choose the correct person to work on my 1973 Camaro. After reading comments from Yelp, I decided to try Ellis Motorworks and am very happy with that decision. Tyler took time to explain all of the work he would complete to find the 'surging' issue that was evident while driving the Camaro. He completed the work as scheduled and within the quoted amount. I will use him again in the future!!!
