Elite Towing & Recovery

I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding the unethical and fraudulent practices I experienced with your towing company. First, I was provided with incorrect information about how long my vehicle had been in your possession. The time stated to me did not match the actual towing time, which directly affected the amount I was charged. Second, I was informed that I could pick up my vehicle at any time without additional fees. However, when I arrived to retrieve my car, I was charged extra hourly fees that were never clearly disclosed to me in advance. It appears that additional charges are being added every hour without proper explanation or transparency. I was also charged a lien fee that was not properly explained. I believe these charges are excessive and misleading. Providing customers with inaccurate information about storage time and fees, then adding unexpected charges upon pickup, is unacceptable. I am requesting a detailed, itemized invoice showing all charges and the exact timeline of when my vehicle was towed and stored. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will consider filing complaints with the appropriate consumer protection agencies.

My Tesla tire blew out due to some crappy back roads. Elite was was reasonable with their pricing, process and communication. They sent me Abraham who was awesome and even empathetic to my stress. 5 stars to the dispatch glad and the driver. Hoping not to have to call again but life happens! Would def use again and highly recommend them for towing. Thanks a million!

Oregon roads thrashed my tires but thanks to Elite, I was able to get it home safely and quickly. Troy my driver was very prompt, knew what the hell he was doing, and even had great conversations heading to our destination. If you want you and your car to be taken care of by good people, choose Elite Towing.

I have used Elite towing multiple times. The drivers called me ahead of time with an eta and was there within a timely manner. I was given a phone call before/after the tow and a photo sent to me of my vehicle at the mechanic when it got there. I cannot express the amount of professionalism, courtesy, and dedication of this company. From the time I called in to set it up to the time they were done I was updated each step of the way. They even sent me a receipt for my insurance. That being said - being a repeat customer and having top notch customer service each time, reasonable pricing, and assurance. The drivers also answered questions I had to ensure I knew was in good hands especially after having my fears from the experiences with previous companies who made it more than a difficult process. Not to mention the inside of these trucks were PRISTINE!!!! I will never use another company for a tow. This company provides the type of service that you'll never find anywhere else. Not only do they treat your car with care they treat YOU with care and will take the time of day to make sure that you and all of your questions are taken care of. Above and Beyond type of company. I'd give 1000 stars if I could.
