Respectfully, does anyone work here? Nearly all the aisles are full of boxes or carts filled with boxes stacked 6 high to restock. A lot of boxes seem to have been opened so someone could grab one thing. It’s like a weird game of jenga. I come to this dollar tree a lot, but this is the worst I've ever seen it.

I shopped at both the nearby Safeway and here on the same day. Just proved that Safeway totally rips off customers for the same merchandise. I spent 2.50 on both a tube of toothpaste and 2 toothbrushes here. Would have cost 12 at Safeway!! You can get pretty much anything you need here.
I went on Thanksgiving, and the store was very busy. I asked for assistance with the balloons, and a kind man offered to help me. It was only his second day, and he didn’t know how to use the helium tank yet, so I kindly offered my help since I regularly buy my balloons there and already knew how to inflate them. He apologized for not knowing, and I told him it was fine. We were having a good conversation when a woman came over. I’m not sure if she was the manager, but she became upset when she saw me inflating the balloons. I immediately apologized because I didn’t know it would be an issue. However, she began yelling at both me and the new employee. I told her she should calm down, as I was only trying to help, but she continued yelling at him. I then said she should be more respectful toward her coworkers. As a result, she refused to sell me the balloons and told me never to return to the store.
I visited this Dollar Tree location today, and both my daughter and I were charged for bags even though we clearly said we didn’t want any and never received them. It seems like the bag fee is automatically added, but the cashier didn’t remove it when we declined. It’s a small charge, but it adds up, and it feels frustrating to be charged for something we didn’t get. I just want the staff to pay closer attention and make sure they remove the fee when customers say no. Other than that, the store was fine, but this experience was disappointing.
I am writing this review to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I recently received at this store location. I have been a consistent and loyal customer for an extended period of time, routinely purchasing approximately 50 packs of ice on a monthly basis. My visits have always been smooth and efficient until now. During my latest visit, I noticed that there appears to have been a change in management. Unfortunately, the new store manager displayed an unacceptable level of unprofessionalism. When I politely requested assistance with obtaining a cart for my large order, something I have been regularly accommodated with in the past, I was refused without any valid explanation. Not only was I denied a basic courtesy, but the manager also spoke to me in a rude and condescending manner, which was completely unwarranted and disrespectful. As a paying customer making large-volume purchases that directly contribute to the store’s revenue, I expect at minimum to be treated with basic respect and consideration. Instead, I was met with hostility and a lack of willingness to assist, which clearly reflects poor customer service standards and inadequate management training. Please note that I reserve the right to report such conduct to corporate offices and consumer protection agencies if necessary. This experience has caused me to lose trust in this location’s ability to serve customers professionally and as such, I will no longer be doing business here. I highly recommend the Foster Road location instead, where staff members have consistently demonstrated respect, cooperation, and professionalism. I sincerely hope the management at this location takes this feedback seriously and implements the necessary corrective measures, both in terms of staff training and customer service policies. No customer deserves to be treated in this manner.
