Wow, wow, wow. I have been going to Roots Powell for a few years now, and have always been super pleased. My most recent cleaning with Miranda was great, and I just had a completely painless crown prep, which was the first time this has ever happened. It takes a long time for Novocaine to deaden my mouth, and Dr. Gridley, Alex, and the whole team really listened and ensured Novocaine had taken effect before beginning. This, however, was just the beginning of a great experience. Throughout the procedure, Dr. Gridley and Alex were excellent communicators and made sure I knew what was happening, what would happen next, and had a way to signal them if I needed a break. As other reviewers have said, the vibe is great and Dr. Gridley really is a great educator and supporter of the staff and patients as well. Finally, a quick shout-out to Alex, the office manager, for the feedback on what I needed to do insurance-wise!
