They are absolutely amazing. I came in with a budget and what I was getting was a little over the budget. And they discounted my services so I can leave today with new wheels, tires and sensors. Have a reasonable budget they will work with you. Absolutely amazing.
I don’t understand why some love the local competition around here. Great services where the other guys charge for. They in most case do a lot for free as a regular customer. Road flat. FREE! Tire rotation or winter tire swap. FREE (on rims). I’ve used these guys for decades. To include the sister company in California, America’s tire. Always great friendly, no high pressure sales tactics, and if they don’t have it in stock. In my case only a few hours extra to get the items I wanted from another location.
I was a Les Schwab person threw and threw used them for years till recently when they couldn’t help me. Called discount to see if they could fix my tire and Josh and Jacob took great care of both me and my little girl to get us back on the road safely. Truly amazing group of people extremely quick service too. I will now only be using discount thank you guys, for not only caring about mine and my finances safety but my little girls!
Busy place (Oregon City location) but professional and thorough. Flat repair turned into a really nice set of rims for my truck, but not because of any high pressure upselling. My factory rims had been producing slow leaks around the rim seal for quite some time. Their service and easy-going rapport brought me back in for the new rims when it was time. Well done, folks!
I’ve always had good experiences at this location and never ran into any issues, until my most recent visit. I went in to have some rims swapped out. Just a couple of weeks earlier, I had purchased a brand new set, but I decided to go in a different direction with a new style. During the swap, one of the wheels that I had just purchased was badly damaged. The powder-coated finish was chipped off in a large section, exposing the bare metal, along with several other smaller marks. This was a $366 wheel, essentially ruined, and no one at the store has taken responsibility. When I called to speak with a manager, I was told none were available, and I’ve received no follow-up since. For a brand-new product to be damaged like this, and for management to completely ignore the situation, is unacceptable. I expected accountability and a resolution, but instead I’ve been dismissed.
