The entire experience was extremely poor and deeply disappointing. The doctor was highly unprofessional, to the point that I seriously question whether he has received proper medical training or even graduated from an accredited medical school. I intend to investigate his professional qualifications and licensing. I explicitly stated that I had many concerns and questions. However, regardless of what I asked, his only response was repeatedly telling me to “go home and observe,” or making vague and dismissive statements such as “this can happen in daily life” or “there are many possible causes.” This is completely unacceptable. I came to see a doctor precisely because I do not know the cause of my condition. His responses made it clear that he himself did not understand the issue and simply dismissed me without providing any meaningful medical explanation, assessment, or treatment plan. Despite asking numerous questions, not a single one was properly addressed. I was effectively brushed off and sent away without receiving any real medical guidance, reassurance, or professional care. Additionally, the doctor’s English proficiency was extremely poor and difficult to understand, which significantly impaired communication and raised serious concerns about patient safety. Clear and effective communication is a fundamental requirement in medical care, and this basic standard was not met. Furthermore, I am concerned about whether this clinic has received any government funding or public subsidies and, if so, whether those funds are being used appropriately. Based on my experience, the clinic felt disorganized, understaffed, and lacking in basic professional standards, to the extent that it gave the impression of being little more than a shell operation rather than a properly functioning medical practice. In contrast, a female doctor I saw several years ago at this clinic was professional, attentive, and competent. Unfortunately, she was not available during this visit. The decline in the quality of care is striking and unacceptable.

More reviews on GoogleArrived at 3:30. waiting room was pretty empty but waited 40 minutes to be seen. Paid $139 out of pocket for a visit. Heads up that their pharmacy closes at 3 pm! I left at around 5 or so with an antibiotic prescription. Overall not a bad urgent care experience
I have been a regular patient here for the last 2 years. I was lucky to get doctor Nguyen as my primary care physician. He is very understanding and has helped me in so many ways with my complex medical issues. It is really great to have a Doctor that works with you, listens to your concerns and genuinely cares about my health. Also is very knowledgeable and can almost always get an appointment in a week or less, or walk in. Im so glad I found them!
I was in town visiting family and young grandchildren when I had a pretty good suspicion that I had strep throat. This urgent care was wonderful. When I called I was given a walk in time for about 2 hours later. They were very professional and and efficient. I was in in and out and very happy with my care. I do recommend you call rather than wait for a return contact online.
When we walked in, I went up to the front desk, and the lady just stared at me. I smiled and said hi, then looked down to grab our insurance cards. When I looked back up, she was still staring—no greeting, no acknowledgment, just glaring at me. I looked at her questioningly and then at my husband, confused, and back again—she was still just staring. Finally, I said, “We just want to check in.” She asked flatly if we had an appointment. We said my husband just needed an urgent care visit. She asked why, then seemed to lose interest halfway through and silently pushed forms over to us. I asked if we were good to go fill them out or if she needed anything else. She just said, “No.” Once we were in a room for my husband’s evaluation, the nurse came in. She was very nice but didn’t speak English very well. That’s fine, but it’s odd there are no signs or any mention online about it being a non-English-speaking clinic. Then the doctor came in. He did no tests; apparently, they don’t even have the ability to do them there, which kind of defeats the purpose of an urgent care clinic. My husband explained his symptoms, but it was obvious the doctor was barely listening. He also barely spoke English and basically said that even after a week and a half of vomiting, it was probably fine. He gave my husband anti-nausea meds and told him to take Tylenol. We pressed a little further, and he finally referred my husband for an ultrasound, but the earliest appointment wasn’t until the end of November. (It was early October when we went to this clinic)
