I had the perfect experience at Collision Auto Glass and Calibration. Brad worked hard to get my windshield replaced With OEM Glass. He had the windshield approved, ordered and replaced in 3 business days. Professional, exceptional service and called me to keep me updated on the progress. I will use this business if needed, in the future.
Exceptional service. Almost at a loss for words. Not only did I get my windshield replaced within a few hours. Not just any glass its PGW AG1 E1 tinted windshield. Basically the best quality you can get for a 2004 cavalier. And top grade adhesive. So impressed. They were extremely professional. My cars old but they treated it as if it were brand new. For example the tech noticed my dash was cracked from the accident. He made sure to let me know it was already there prior and that he would make sure to be extra careful. He also was worried about the tape sticking to my paint. Told him not to worry. Very courteous. Also vacuumed out majority of the glass.
Had a rock chip that grew to a huge crack. Called around and noticed the reviews for Collision Auto. I spoke with Scott who was very helpful and personable and I got a quote very quickly. And to clarify, I did go to Safelite to get a quote and they had 3 different prices, at Collision, it was just one price. I was unable to get it done for a few weeks, called Scott and he was able to get me right in with the same quote he gave before. They did a great job, took a couple of hours so I stayed in their waiting room and worked. It was quiet, clean and comfortable, and their WiFi worked great. I highly recommend them for your car window needs.
Best experience from start to finish! I initially worked with Safelite, but they weren’t able to source the correct BMW windshield and instead offered a generic option for my 2024 model. BMW then recommended Collision Auto Glass, and I’m so glad they did. I called on a Saturday and the owner herself answered. She coordinated directly with my insurance carrier and made the entire process smooth and effortless. By Thursday morning, my car was scheduled—and the replacement was completed the same day. I highly recommend this team. Brad in the office was incredibly helpful and kept me informed with updates throughout the process. Outstanding service all around.
Communication and follow up with these guys was brilliant. I tried to get my windshield for my Nissan GTR done with a couple of places prior and it was like pulling teeth to get any info or follow up calls. Decided to give these gentleman a call and they handled everything start to finish, quickly too. They would have Had me in the shop same day the glass and parts arrived if I was able to be there. Next business day, I showed up, dropped the car, and got a call back a few hours later that the job was done. They even got me the OE Nissan glass. Very impressed with their customer service. Even vacuumed up the car before I picked it up. Well done guys.
