I appreciate the strong communication. Call and text updates were wonderful. My Civic was returned sooo perfect— nicer than I could have imagined. Third time using Classic—first time at this location since buying in the area. Always the best.
This is the second time that I've had to use their services and both times have been fabulous. They do a great job and stay in communication with you, without a lot of automated nonsense. The manager Corbin and the technicians were easy to work with, kept me informed, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. The quality of work and customer service exceeded my expectations and I truly appreciated how easy they made a stressful situation. My car looks great, and I’m very thankful for the care and effort the entire team put in. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing auto body repairs.
The folks at CC are awesome. I got rear ended and tbh, had no clue what I was doing. I submitted the claim incorrectly and would have never known had the people here not explained to me. They also educated me that I could put in a claim for the front of my car, from when I hit a deer, over a year ago. I thought too much time had passed. Anyway, they coordinated so I could get the repairs done at the same time. They helped me with the rental car process with the folks at Enterprise. They said it would take up to 2 weeks, I think, but it only took 2 days to do the repairs. I love knowing these guys are just down the street should I ever need any additional assistance!
My car was damaged while in their possession. Over $6,000 in repairs were done and they couldn’t even respectfully fix the small damages that happened and argued with me when I called regarding the broken window control on the driver door.
