Great repair, car returned cleaned and shiny. Customer service kept me up to date the entire time and car returned sooner than expected. Very impressed.

They did an awesome job with my car, I was really worried about a paint match since it is a black car, but clearly I had nothing to worry about. It looks just like how it did two weeks ago. They were fast, but clearly put a lot of care into their work. They even vacuumed the interior and gave it a quick wash.

Had a very minor scratch on my car from a lady opening her door and hitting my mirror. I brought my vehicle in on Wednesday. Joy was awesome. So was the front desk gal. (I didn't catch her name.) I was told worst case my car would be done on Monday. They had it done Friday and I was able to pick it up. Repair looked great and they vacuumed my car. This was done through insurance but everything was seamless and easy. Text updates. Pretty consistent communication. 10/10 would recommend 👌

The Classic Collision - Foster team was great! The lead, Nathan, was personable and honest; he was upfront about possible wait times on parts, even to the point of being genuinely apologetic and concerned about it on my behalf. He was also very communicative, giving me frequent updates, and worked hard to try to fight the insurance company so I wouldn't have to pay for a tire they claimed was mechanical failure and not covered. It didn't work, but I appreciated him trying several times. To my surprise, they got the work done early and did a beautiful job, leaving no signs that anything ever happened to it! Everyone else from reception to the technicians were all super kind and helpful, as well. 10/10 would recommend. Literally my only nitpick is that my interior had a musty B.O. smell after, probably from one of the techs test driving the vehicle after working hard. I used to do repair work and know it's grueling, but that was a little gross. If the CC folks see this, please wear deodorant lmao.

My car endured significantly less damage than one usually does when they've encountered a deer, but Classic took care of me like I was any other customer. I chose them because out of all my in-network options, they had the highest rating, and now I know why. Thankfully insurance didn't give us any hard times, so it really was a seamless process. I went in to drop the car off and Michelle ran through a quick inspection with me and let me know the process. (Michelle was lovely! I liked working with her through the whole process. She was very personable and helpful.) Once I signed my papers it was in their hands. They told me that text updates are sent on Tuesdays and Thursdays and that's exactly what they did. I was never out of the loop. I feel like I'm really talking them up, but they deserve it - more companies need to be transparent and easy to work with like this. When I went to pick it up I was nervous because I've never had body work done before, but they did just an amazing job. It really looks better than it did before the accident. AND they detailed it, in AND out! Now that's one less thing I have to do. :) Thank you!
