Called Clackamas Auto Glass to have a windshield replaced and set up an appointment. Nobody showed up on the date agreed upon. I was told they couldn't make it due to weather, although all the roads around me were clear. We then scheduled for the following day. Again I waited and nobody showed up. This time I was told that they couldn't make it due to issues with their vendor. They assured me they would be out the next day. Next day came, and once again they did not show up. This time I was told they didn't realize they had scheduled me on a Sunday and they don't work Sundays, so they were not coming out. Three days in a row, they failed to show up. I had to take time off, reschedule a medical appointment and cancel plans for nothing.

The people answering the phones are very rude! Hung up on me when I was asking a question. Driver couldn't find the address for 20 minutes while I was on the phone with them, (there was 2 guys) explaining and directing them of where to go. Definitely don't recommend. Untimely, rude and Very incompetent.

They were very fast and super good price. No problems fixing my Ram. I hope I don’t need to use them again but if my window breaks again I know who to call.

Called to make an appointment, they didn't show up. Called back and they had no record of my appointment. Rescheduled. Their website shows they service the Estacada area, and it also says ask for 10% off when mentioning their website. I was told the even though Estacada was listed as one of their service areas, it was too far out to provide the discount. In the end they contracted it to someone who lived in Estacada anyway, so they didn't do the driving. I ended up finding someone else to do it faster and more professionally. Will not call again.
