I took my car in on a Sunday and they got it done same day. At first I was really happy. Then I noticed they broke the trim to my defrost. I then looked to check the install.( I brought my own sub amp wiring etc) they didn’t follow instructions. I asked to have everything installed in the trunk and I wanted my amp bolted to the back seat inside the trunk, where id have access to it. They installed in under my passenger seat unbolted. And then on top of that, whoever installed everything stole out of my car. Before making this accusation I looked for what was missing out of my car thoroughly in the car and in my house. I called to inform the establishment of everything that I discovered and that I went through after paying $400 to install this. They did offer to schedule me an appointment for this last Saturday and I did set it up, but I did not go in to have a install my amp because the Manager tried arguing with me and telling me that none of his employees stole out of my car when I know for a fact, that is exactly what happened and they broke my stuff and did not follow instructions.I did not go back to them With the fear that something else would be broken instructions wouldn’t be followed or yet again something would come missing out of my car .I am very disappointed and expected more from this company. I’ll just have to take this as a loss and move forward. I couldn’t give you guys a recommendation on who to go to for forgetting your car wired because outrageous audio also gave me problems that’s how I ended up in car toys with the hopes that I would get treated right and be valued as a customer.
