I brought my in after an accident and needed significant body work. Marisol and her team from start to finish, professional, friendly and transparent about the process. Marisol kept me updated regularly and handled everything smoothly with my insurance company. The quality of the repairs exceeded my expectations and my car looks brand new again. I really appreciate their attention to detail and customer care. Highly recommend. Thanks again Marisol!

Just picked up my car, and it drove and looked like new. On a 10-point scale, service messages and follow-up were a 15!! Service advisor, Marisol, was the best I've ever had, and I've been driving for over 50 years. I had backed into a guard rail, damaging two panels. They worked hard and did an excellent job to mitigate the cost while doing work that was perfect. It looks new. Thank you, Marisol, at Caliber Collision in St Johns.

Shout out to Esmaya and the rest of the Caliber Collision team, they are always the best to work with! This has been my second occurrence working with them and it’s always been such an amazing experience. Work has always been done super fast and even better their communication is top tier. Always keeping me informed with how the updates to my vehicle are going and making sure I’m in the know with every detail. The shop team pays such great attention to every little detail, I always come back to my car looking better than ever! I really appreciate their work ethic and value their business a lot. Thank you again everyone for the amazing work you do, especially to Esmaya for always being so friendly and helpful during my time of need. Y’all are the best!
