My Hyundai Santa Fe had damage to the rear "bumper" (not real bumpers anymore - just plastic). I got friendly, first class service at every turn. Greg - service advisor- could not have been nicer or more competent. Communications was great, they were very nice about providing rides to and from so I did not have to scrounge up rides. They worked seamlessly with my State Farm insurance - very smooth process with nothing to do on my part! Repair was fast and professionally done. And, they even had good coffee and snacks! I have been a car guy all my life and this is the best experience I have ever had with a repair shop.

We had a great experience here. The process was handled efficiently and they made what could have been a stressful situation feel very manageable. Communication was clear and timely, and the work was completed early which was a pleasant surprise. Greg, my point of contact, was especially helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly. He took the time to answer my questions thoughtfully. The car looks excellent, and we truly appreciate the attention to detail.

I was rear-ended recently and took my car to Caliber Collision. Car repairs are never fun, but they handled everything with the insurance claim, I was able to get a rental car on the spot, they kept me updated about the work, and they finished the repairs a week ahead of schedule. When I picked up my car, they had even washed it and cleaned and vacuumed the interior (even though the only damage was to the rear). Job well done! I would recommend this shop if you need auto repairs.

Great service, coordinated seamlessly with my insurance company. Excellent service and follow up thru the entire process. Car was done earlier than expected. All repairs looked like new. Car rental and drop off was so convenient, literally next door. They've been my go to body shop for years.
