I really loved this spot. It feels a bit off the beaten path but in a hidden gem sort of way. The staff was all very friendly and the broths were great. Would recommend getting the half-and-half option for best flavor. Loved the garlic soy sauce and enjoyed the peanut sauce too. I ate here by myself and had a perfect portion after being full to fill a to go container when ordering 4 inclusions. If you're unsure how much to order, start small and add on later. Only comment would be to be careful on very wet or humid days as the floor can be a bit slippery.

More reviews on GoogleAbsolutely fantastic hotpot off the beaten path. The broth was flavorful, the vegetables were crisp and fresh, the meat was extremely tender, the noodles were slightly chewy and fresh, and the service was fantastic. Two can eat for less than 50 bucks and you get enough food to fill up on comfortably even without appetizers or dessert. Will highly recommend if you're in Portland to come here if you like hotpot and want to support local. Will absolutely be coming here again.
First time having hot pot. Walked in right when they opened. Not busy at all. Good experience. Wasn't explained how or what to order. We ordered shrimp balls, beef and lamb, assorted vegetables and mushrooms, bean curd roll and pan fried dumplings. Wish we ordered some noodles too. Definitely liked the meat, shrimp balls, bok choy, cabbage and mushrooms. You definitely want to know what you like and what you want to order. It was a good overall experience.
We didn’t know what we were getting ourselves into when we ventured here, but it was an experience to remember! It transported us out of Portland straight to a mom-and-pop establishment in well, Beijing. Very authentic. Amazing broth and ingredients. Staff is sparse, but once you are able to get a table, things “heat up” pretty quickly (especially the boiling, bubbling broth).
The soup here tastes clean and doesn’t have that heavy MSG feeling like the other big hot pot spots in the suburbs. The handmade noodles are a must-try, chewy and bouncy. The meats feel like a good value for the portion, though the other add-ons are pricier in comparison. Expect long waits during peak times. Our first attempt had a 1h+ wait on a weekend dinner, and we only got to try it on our second attempt when we came on a weekday afternoon. This isn’t a place with fancy decor or service, but it is a fun experience with genuinely good food.
