Amir replaced my alternator and recharged my battery the same day I called in. He explained everything well, was very polite, and broke down the different parts and prices for me. I got it done for less than many other shops were quoting and he did a great job. I'll be going back again the next time I have a problem.

My partner took our car in this morning because it was having trouble starting, they discovered that it was a faulty battery connection and took care of it no charge since it was a simple fix and had them out of there in minutes. They were super nice and honest, definitely going back there if we ever have any type of starting issues again.

We stopped with our work van which was having inverter/battery issues. Zak, the manager spent over an hour trying to figure out the problem. It ended up being a blown fuse that was affecting the recharging process for the batteries. He saved us well over $2000 in expenses if we would have had to replace the batteries. Zak is extremely knowledgeable and really cared about helping us. His assistant, forgot his name, was also very helpful. We highly recommend this business and will be returning customers!

I brought a dead battery to Battery X-change with plans to purchase a new one, and after testing the original battery I was told that it was new enough that it could very likely be recharged and didn't need to be replaced. They asked for $5 to recharge it, and held onto it for 2-3 days. When the time came to pick it up, they didn't even ask for the $5. I'm so grateful for their honesty and their time and care. 11/10 would recommend.

I have been buying batteries of different types for a number of years from NW. They almost always have the weird battery I'm looking for and their prices are very reasonable. As far as car batteries, don't go anywhere else. Best prices and great service. I would even pay a little extra to know I got the right part and that my money goes to a local business, not a giant corporation based who knows where. Very friendly and helpful.
