Whitney was a very kind, attentive staff. Rare these days. She worked with me to activate my eye insurance benefits. I’m very happy with my cool sunglasses and the service.
Went in because the prescription I’d recently gotten at Kaiser felt slightly off when I tried on my first pair of glasses (gave it a few weeks to adjust but still didn’t seem right). So now that my insurance has changed, I went to Alberta Eye Care today for an exam and an updated prescription. Laura Armstrong, OD, was wonderful - gave a thorough exam and even diagnosed me with a form of blepharitis which finally makes sense as to why I struggle with irritated eyelids and styes!! This was based on what she saw in the exam as I hadn’t even mentioned my history of styes. So grateful to know what’s been causing it, and left with a specific care plan and some eyelid wash, along with a better prescription . Staff was very friendly, informative, and no high pressure sales. I found my new eye Dr!!
I have had reason to be at Alberta Eye Clinic with tremendous frequency due to an eye injury sustained last year. While I never planned to be a regular at the eye doctor, I can't say enough good things about this clinic, the folks who work there, or the care I've received. They have taken wonderful care of me and my family. Highly recommend.
My first time walking into Alberta eye care it was a busy day, But everybody was being taken care of, everybody seem to all have such a great time in the retail section of the store. I was just so taken back on the energy and vibe of how all the associates working together and just seem to have the best time with their clients and enjoying what they were doing. passionate people. Whitney and Alexandra Helling, OD my doctor and now my glasses specialist were outstanding. Down to giving me all the information I needed. And how I was feeling and took good care of me. I haven’t had an experience like this at an eye doctor in a very long time. So cheers to this Eye glass shop! And you got a customer for life! Thank you all for doing what you do!
