Took in my brand new car to get some upgraded tires installed. Price was reasonable, but all four of my brand new wheels are now scratched to hell after the installation. I sent an email to the shop about this and they didn't respond. Pretty disappointing
I had a mix up with the wrong bolt pattern wheel being sent out and I don’t notice prior to getting new tires mounted here. I resolved the issue with the wheel company and they swapped the tire for me free of charge. They went above and beyond fixing something that was not their mistake. These guys are great. I can’t recommend enough!
I had a great experience at Ace Tire Portland. The staff was very friendly, honest, and professional. They helped me quickly and explained everything clearly. I had some winter tires shipped here, and the installation process was seamless. The price was much more reasonable than I could have expected, and they loaded up my old tires in the back of the truck. This is my go-to shop now.
