Myself and my boss have been asking these people to stop calling and put us on the DO NOT CALL list for about 6 YEARS now, they do not listen, we have blocked multiple numbers that belong to TQL and they continue to harass us. I do not recommend using them for freight as they don't have the common courtesy to respect other companies. Absolutely deplorable and unprofessional behavior. Stop harassing us. I have never left a negative review but this is well deserved.

Completely unprofessional business that doesn't understand that you can't repeatedly cold-call random numbers and harass them over months. Especially when numbers are on the DO NOT CALL list. If they can't follow basic FTC and FCC practices and rules, why would you give them any other business?

This company calls so frequently that it feels like harassment. We have asked multiple times to be added to their do not call list, yet they continue contacting us several times a week, sometimes up to four times in a single day. They also send repeated emails. Please respect businesses' requests and stop calling when asked. If we say we are not looking for a new logistics provider, calling us 20 times a week is not going to change our mind. If anything, it ensures we will never consider using your services in the future.

Total Quality Logistics is a clueless an unscrupulous business. I would never use this company for the fact that they harass us via phone calls multiple times a week - (even though we plead with them that we have no use for their services).

I would rate zero stars if possible. Unprofessional, shady business practices and essentially a spam telemarking company that offers overpriced freight and awful customer service. They will request "additional information" to remove you from their spam and harrassment call list - completely absurd that any company operating today thinks this is a smart or effective business practice. Hopefully they get sued into oblivion one day.
