Poor experience all around at Alpine Meadows. Management is inactive as they possibly can get away with, maintenance will often lie to you about whether they knocked on your door or what exactly needs fixing, and neighbors have been nuisances since one of them tried to steal one of my floor lamps literally the day I moved in. Seek lodging elsewhere if you can; you've been warned!
I have recently started working with this company. As a restoration provider I can say I fully appreciate the team at Tokola Properties. They are upstanding people who know what they're talking about and a quick to resolve any issues on the horizon. A special shout-out to Sam who's integrity and knowledgeability show's the true character of this organization. Thank you for being a part of our team!
Looking for an apartment for the first time in 25 years. I have to say a little disheartening on the lack of professionalism and accountability at two of your locations. Unfortunately they’re not the only ones on the Eastside of Gresham with poor operations managers at their facilities. Im very thankful that this faze in my life will be short but i feel sorry for the folks who rent that do not have a voice..
I have attempted to contact and work with these people since 01/16/2022. They kept a deposit and charged me additional cleaning fees and it literally had me flabergasted. I have always kept a very clean home, yet they claim with no evidence or proof I had sticky walls, and damaged carpet. I have filed complaints with the AG of AZ, BBB and now AZ Dept of Housing. This is not about a few hundred bucks, this about a company stating something is and it becomes fact without proof and then they refuse to provided such proof. When my ceiling leaked, do you think they came and cleaned that up after repair...nope. I would avoid at all cost renting from any Tokola owned property, they want the money, they know many people cant fight them or have no choice to accept it as it is, but my most recent landlord, adored my cleanlienss and appreciated how i cared for my home
I rented at 3rd Central for nine years. After the first 3or 4 years I found the owners only cared about making money and had no concerns from those paying into live their properties. The maintenance folks for the most part were very good. However, the managers they hired were typically incompetent and often times untruthful. 3rd Central presently has a manager who fits this description. I would strongly discourage anybody from renting at this building as long as the present manager, Rachel, is managing the property. My opinion!
