Do not take your clothes here if you want them and you treated with respect. Have been taking my clothes to them for sometime for dry cleaning, where they have done an adequate but not exceptional job , but the last time a coat they cleaned came back with a rip in it that looks very much like a blade slash. This is an impeccable vintage piece that has sentimental meaning, and when I took the coat back into show them the rip and ask them to compensate me for it or have it repaired, I was told by the owner that she was sure they didn't do it, and she dismissed me immediately out of hand. Not a, "we will look into it", just an immediate dismissal, and the employee at the cash register was left to tell me that they would probably get back to me " within the week." Absolutely, terrible experience, terrible customer service, and clearly questionable ethics on the part of the owners. Not looking forward to taking them to Small Claims Court, but that's probably what is going to need to be done.

More reviews on GoogleAvoid this place like the plague! They returned my shirts that were not cleaned properly and they take a Sharpie and write your name on the collars of your clothes without asking permission first. The owner was argumentative and was very disrespectful. You get what you paid for. Take my advice, the $1.50 to was a man's shirt isn't worth it. I will gladly pay full price at another shop.
Don’t come here and spend your money for bad business practices, I purchased a two piece suit for a wedding (got cancelled) on 8/2/25 within there 15 day return policy I attempted to return the suit back and the manager refused to give me a refund after I had it dry cleaned and the pants were tailored when I purchased them and I literally tried it on ONE TIME. Joke of a business and NEVER coming back here again.
Horrible tailoring outcome. Honestly the worst professional stitching I’ve ever experienced. Somehow there’s thread holes all over the place where stitching was not necessary. The comforter and blanket look worse now than when I brought them in. Really regret coming here for tailoring.
Absolutely Horrible Experience - Avoid at All Costs! We took two suits and my wife’s wedding dress to Ties Dry Cleaners and Laundry, and it was an absolute disaster. They completely ruined the wedding dress, covering it in glue from the decorations, and one of the suits came back with spots all over it that may not even be fixable. It took them over two months to return the wedding dress after they attempted to clean the glue off, but the dress is now pretty much useless. They tossed the very expensive, custom-made dress in with other clothing, tearing off most of the decorative flowers in the process. We’ll now have to take the suit to another cleaner and just hope it can be salvaged. The customer service was horrendous. There was no apology, just attitude and blame, saying it was our fault for not informing them that the dress was custom-made. We were promised that the owner would call us to discuss how to resolve the situation, but no one ever did. I had to go in myself to find out what was going on. I almost never leave reviews, but this experience was beyond unacceptable. If you want to avoid headaches and potential disaster, stay far away from this place.
