Totally inept over-the-phone customer service, and needlessly complicated processes to order services. Every time I need something it's an hour phone call, missing emails, disappearing contracts, the list goes on.
I had a road rage incident with a driver on SW Day rd. Where the road goes from 2 to 1 lanes the driver began flashing their high beams at me repeataly. Not sure why as I did not cut them off (I have camera footage to prove as I'm sure they do also) Don't know why companies don't educate their drivers better. Anger drivers driving around a large garbage truck seems like a high risk business behavior.
It's very easy to locate off of Ridder Road, and when you drop off recyclables ♻️ it is free-of-charge.
So many rules and requirements! I tried to drop a carload of recyclables off at the Ridder location. There was a detour sjgn and I drove a huge loop around to circumvent the street repair work to find that the facility was closed due to street repair, even though I could get in and access the bins. No notice on Google that they would be temporarily closed and no sign near the detour sign indicating they would be closed. I had to completely unload my car again and wasted a bunch of time and effort.
Horrible customer service. I spoke to a guy while trying to set up my account and he was incredibly rude and sounded like he hates his job. He was short and combative. Carolina made the experience better as she was kind, but knowing I’ll have to talk to that dude again if I need to call back makes me want to cancel my service.
