More reviews on GoogleDelivered a load here for the first time and I was only here for an hr. That includes parking the truck, walking in and figuring out receiving. Backing into a dock and then waiting to get unloaded. Fast and simple. Just leave your B.O.L in the trailer and when the green light is on they leave it in the trlr already signed.
Pepsi Beverages North America, I'm sorry to say, but you've earned this one-star review. The first concern is regarding your employment requirements. It appears that you are imposing a mandate for COVID vaccination, which goes against the will of some employees. Companies should not impose medical mandates on their workers, especially when it comes to personal health choices. Moving on, your vendor performance is abysmal. Laziness seems to be the norm, with drivers neglecting to take their garbage, failing to rotate back stock, and not bothering to fill shelves. Even the salesperson lacks the initiative to inform customers about new products or restock shelves. This level of laziness is unacceptable. Furthermore, the customer service experience is simply the worst. Your system is frustrating and the account representative on the ground is nowhere to be found after the initial delivery. It's high time to call COKE and seek better service elsewhere. Additionally, the lack of professionalism is alarming. The disregard for COVID safety measures, with only one person wearing a mask while working in close proximity to others, is irresponsible and disrespectful. This behavior shows a complete disregard for public health and the well-being of customers and employees alike. It's shameful that such behavior is expected from individuals representing Pepsi. It seems like Pepsi doesn't care about following state mask mandates and prioritizes profit over public safety. This level of unprofessionalism is simply unacceptable. Sincerely, Jaeden Childers.
I've had overall good experiences with Pepsi. Our rep communicates well. They're in need of drivers. Hopefully they can get some good drivers. They probably need to go back to training some of their merchandisers to get their CDL. Seems like they need to get another satellite wearhouse.
These guys have got to be one of the laziest set of vendors out there. They are all pretty bad these days but I think Pepsi might take the cake. The driver never takes his garbage doesn’t rotate back stock. Let alone fill shelves. When the sales person comes never fills the shelf doesn’t inform the customers of new product coming in. I was in the business for over 10 years never have I dealt with vendors this lazy.
