Would be cool if all 4 trucks didn't come through the neighborhood at 4:50 AM (it's 5:20, the last truck just came thru).... They are really loud, squeaky, and they like to use the cul-de-sac to stop and reposition the loads, then back up and do it all again, 4 times in a row at an absurd hour which wakes up my whole family every Friday morning. I'd be willing to forgive this if the cost of waste disposal was part of my enormous property taxes on my regular home, but we pay a premium for this... Many other places don't. I'd expect a better service and better maintained equipment from a concierge service... Or just show up at 6 when people are actually awake.

I don't really leave reviews for utilities, but I have to say, every time I've called them with an issue it has been handled promptly. A few times I have forgotten to put the can out early, I've called and left messages, and they came back and got it. Really nice person on the phone today.

Let me just say, WOW! This company has zero customer service and even less integrity! Going away on a week long vacation? You wish to provide them with more than a weeks notice of “no services requested?” Prepare to be frustrated beyond belief! Go ahead, leave a voice mail (because the business phone is never picked up!), or ~ log on to your account via their website to leave a written courtesy notice of your request for service interruption. Please do not hold your breath waiting for a response of ANY kind! You will die waiting. Let enough of these unanswered attempts to contact this company build up until you leave a forceful voice message then sit back and be severely gas lit by a little old woman who essentially calls you a liar (ex: we have NEVER received any messages from you!) for the nerve of having frustration with this lack of customer service! Ok. The gist is this! Pile your crap out in the street if you will be away from home for a week because they will NOT honor the weekly service/yet no service for one week while you are away will be honored nor acknowledged. Unbelievable conversation that I just had with this little old woman who called me a liar and refused to acknowledge that my calls and written messages have been ignored for years now…..as she put it, “well, I am calling you back right now?” Ugh…this stupid world full of stupid, unhelpful people!

I talked with Margot and I LOVED her. She was so kind and helped me resolve my issue super fast. I’ve spoken with her a couple times and each time she’s been so understanding and helpful. My baby was furious I was on the phone and even with me being Distracted, she remained patient and didn’t make me feel guilty for being a busy mom. OCGC this is the type of employee you should be proud of. I hope she gets a raise. Margot if you’re reading this thank you for being so kind each time we have spoken! You’re awesome and I hope your job spoils you!

I run a memory care community in Oregon City. I have used Oregon City Garbage for 6 years. I have found their drivers to always be professional and they are timely. Today we had some extra items that there were outside the dumpster and it all got picked up. We really appreciate the hard work and customer service. Thank you.
