Requires identification for stuff not required by law like magazines & basic rifle parts. Staff are nice though but don't appreciate store policy of going above & beyond basic liability to help other states enforce unconstitutional laws. Feels kind of like Every Town Armory. Haven't seen this from any other stores in our area yet except for ammo & firearm sales of course so hope they reconsider their stance.

Both employees I interacted with were rude and condescending. Paid in cash at checkout when Quinn “forgot” to give me my change. Had to interrupt him in the middle of another person’s transaction to receive my change. Otherwise, seemed like I was being ignored. Zero customer service skills here. 1 star rating only because they actually had what I was looking for.

Staff seems a lil stiff. Probably because they're in Portland but other than that, awesome set up of firearms galore. Used and new. Lots of ammo. Though they need to keep up with 40 cal. lol IF your a Glock guy, 17-19 they have it all. Any other Glock, stay online. Just fyi.

Every time I’ve frequented their establishment, I’ve been met with a helpful, knowledgeable staff. Their prices are on point and always seem to be well stocked with plenty of variety. They set the standard for what I expect from a firearms retailer.
