Watch out, can't trust this company. They requested services and then refused to pay the invoices. They will not return calls or emails. Going to court soon. Stay away, to many other good options that will not leave you hanging like this company clearly will. Also they do not have a valid business licnese with The State of Oregon!
DJ the tow truck driver did an amazing job getting my BMW onto the tow truck. It was stuck in drive and the parking brake would not realease. He Googled a bunch of solutions and got the job done. This was all done in the rain. He maintained such a good attitude throughout this difficult situation. Thank you so much DJ. We need more people like you in our community.
Amazing support and customer service, I cannot recommend Forward Towing enough! Our family had an emergency situation, Fawad went absolutely above and beyond to help us, and only thanks to his assistance and compassion were we able to help our grade school aged kiddo feel safe and secure as quickly as we did. He arrived in a fraction of the time that Roadside Assistance had quoted, which as a parent I appreciated so much because my first goal was to help my child/get home as quickly as possible
I highly recommend Forward Towing. They were fast, efficient and great communicators. I had such a good experience working with DJ during an extremely stressful car breakdown on the side of the highway. He was flexible, caring and went out of his way to tow my car during terrible holiday/rush hour traffic all while calmly navigating incorrect information from my insurance company. Forward Towing is excellent!!
Excellent experience with Forward Towing! Sabour and Fawad made us feel so much more relaxed after a rather stressful morning. It was actually difficult for our car dealership to find a company that would agree to pick up our vehicle and bring plastic to seal up our windows that were stuck down! We had to have our brand new 8k pound electric vehicle towed from our very tight garage. The 12V battery had completely died and they helped charge the battery enough to get the windows back up (which was much appreciated considering it was raining!). I knew they were very busy but they were so patient and wanted to ensure our vehicle was properly taken care of and did not rush at all. They were both so friendly and truly made us feel so much better knowing it was in good hands. Highly highly recommend this company! Thanks, Sabour and Fawad!
