Left 7 voicemail and spoke to someone who promised a call back and nope. This is regarding my son having to walk 6 blocks in the dark from the bus and they refuse to discuss anything or even return my calls. Not sure what action to take next.
What a joke of a service. I get its the first week of school but there is no rhyme or reason to the routing for these kids being dropped off. 80 minutes late Wednesday, late every day this week, and today it goes a totally different route coming within 12 houses of us and is currently 15 mins late and miles away. Unacceptable and inconsiderate for those of us who have to make arrangements to pickup our kids or have evening activities. All calls to them go unanswered, just rings and no voicemail or calls back.
Christina was great and the whole operation is wonderful. Bus drivers are fun and nice!
I've been calling for my kids' bus stop information since last school year. Their father and I have left multiple messages. NEVER a call back. Has caused stress!!! Thanks, first student 👎🏻 answer the phone!!!!!
