Terrible service - they told me it would be 45 minutes. Finally, 3 hours later someone showed up. My car didn't end up needing to be towed, it needed a jump and ultimately battery replacement, but they charged me the full amount despite the (nice) gentleman saying he wouldn't be charging me for a tow (because I didn't get one, go figure!) Do NOT call them.
They sent a truck out right away, and arrived in about 10 minutes. Knew what the problem was and towed the car to our mechanics for an overnight drop-off. Super nice guy.
Broken down in a suburb 10 miles from my apartment at 4am was not the best start to my week. Luckily, my insurance routed Elite for my tow and they were there within a half hour although initial ETA indicated an hour+ wait. Parker was light-hearted, polite, and efficient. He loaded up the vehicle and had me back home before the sun was up. I appreciate the professionalism, kind demeanor, and quick work Elite did for me today & will certainly keep this company in mind for any future needs.
Not that I hope to need these services regularly, but I am a forever customer after my experience this week. I ran out of gas in a dangerous place (bridge/on ramp) with no shoulder, during evening rush hour, and had my infant in the car with me. I was unbelievably stressed dealing with my insurance's roadside assistance, worrying about my child, with cars whizzing by thinking one of them might slam into the back of us. When I found out how long it would be to get help I freaked out on the phone and told them not to worry about it and I'd just figure something out. Someone (very patient, angel!) called me back and calmly explained that I was their number one priority and they'd be there as soon as they could, she dealt with my crying on the phone and calmed me down. I was worried for our safety, while also being embarrassed that it had happened. They arrived quickly, told me not to beat myself up about it (thankfully I had calmed down by then), and took care of it so easily so I was on my way. Then, to completely blow my expectations out of the water, the angel who talked me down before called me again just to check in with me and make sure I was ok. This place really really took care of me in a way that got us safe, while also not making me feel like a complete idiot for what had happened. I really felt cared about, and in that moment it was exactly what I needed. THANK YOU.
Courtney K was amazing!! She helped me and was very efficient. She was on time, extremely nice and kept me calm the whole time. She made a very stressful moment less stressful for me. I’m glad they sent her out, I highly recommend asking for Courtney and getting her help/ support. Thanks again!!
