HIGHLY RECOMMEND this hotel. Location is a little challenging to get to, narrow curvy streets with parking on both sides. Hotel parking lot is excellent once you get to it. Hot tub is HOT and jets are excellent. Plentiful towels. Room is very clean. Excellent water pressure in the shower. Comfortable beds. Large TV that works well plus integrated YouTube and Netflix. Breakfast was very good. Scrambled eggs and bacon. Biscuits and gravy. Spinach quiche was 5-star restaurant quality. Staff is friendly and accommodating.

More reviews on GoogleExcellent Staff, Prompt room service, and the best breakfast I have had at a hotel. 100% recommended for anyone traveling to Oregon Coast or Mt Hood.
Hotel overcharged me. I noticed it at check out and they claimed to correct the rate but never did. Multiple follow up and waiting for this to be corrected still. I booked the room , had a room upgrade processed but the hotel proceeded to charge me a higher rate for the larger room. At check out I noticed the rate was incorrect, the front desk claimed to correct the rate but they never did. I had to call back and the hotel confirms this was never corrected and they will have it done which is an annoyance to have to follow up due to their multiple mistakes.
Good place to stay if you need to be in north Portland. Many other marriott locations surrounding. It was clean and workers were nice. Front door remains locked 24hrs and you must use your card to get in I'm assuming due to the homelessness or vandals. It didn't feel scary in the area at all, but I guess that might just be how it is in the whole area in general?
Got in late to our suite, toilet ran all night looked at it myself next day, flapper was broken, reported it to staff on way out said maintenance wasn’t in today. Ok maybe no maintenance guy today, bit I used to manage Marriott hotels, everyone on my management team and employee knew how to do simple repairs to keep guests happy. As this item was a SIMPLE repair. When we got back that evening asked if it was fixed, front desk said no and you need to move to room across hall, I said we are already unpacked and settled in how about you give me a key to the room across the hall to use as our bathroom and simple problem solved and we would be happy! Front desk clerk said no my manager said you must move as this is hotel policy, granted as I said used to manage Marriott hotels so knew this was BS. Said no thanks than we will continue to just reach out hand in toilet to flush it! Next day we checked out, was told by front desk clerk that we were kind of lied to , as nobody has seen a maintenance guy in weeks and we rarely see the manager as they barely come in, and we checked out on a Tuesday around 10:40’and yes no manager was present so tend to believe staff members. Makes me wonder with no maintenance person or manager who ensures things are clean and sanitation is up to snuff, obviously nobody So I would avoid this hotel at all costs
